Make sure you say “yes!” when we ask you to put your name and contact information in our system! This will help us find you and your purchases easily and can help if a receipt is lost! We also send seasonal and quarterly email reminders about watering and seasonal plant care, to help your plant material thrive in our climate. Please contact us before you remove any plant material from the ground, see below for further details.
For plant material installed by the Sprucery Garden Center, any failed material returned within one year of purchase will be given a 100% warranty on the original cost of the plant material.
For plant material installed by the customer, any failed material returned within one year of purchase will be given a 50% warranty on the original cost of the plant material.
If the failed plant material needing to be returned, was installed by The Sprucery Garden Center, then removal of the dead plant material and installation of the new credited plant material, will be charged at 50% of the original cost of installation for the new plant material.
If the dead plant material is a shrub or tree, please send us 2-3 photos of the plant material before attempting to remove it from the ground. You can send these to email@example.com and we will guarantee a response within 72 hours. We want to make sure we give these living items as much chance to thrive as possible before removing them from the ground. You can also utilize this email for any concerns on plant material that may not be dead yet but you need help diagnosing.
In-store Credit vs. Refund
Any failed plant material that has left the Garden Center and needs to be returned, will be credited as Sprucery Garden Center in-store credit. Refunds will only be given if the plant material has not left the Garden Center. Large cash refunds (anything over $500) will be refunded by check and can take 10-14 days to receive.
All returned items, non-plant material related, will be credited as Sprucery Garden Center in-store credit at 100% of the amount paid for the item. So long as it is returned within 60 days of purchase and is brought back with a receipt, or the purchase can be found in our system. If no receipt is present and the purchase cannot be found in our system, Sprucery Garden Center in-store credit will be 50% of the price paid for the item.
No refund will be given on items purchased at wholesale pricing or installed by a landscaping company outside of The Sprucery Garden Center. Please contact your Landscaper for any issues regarding plant material and/or installation refunds and warranty.
