LOCAL GARDEN CENTER STARTS THE SEASON UNDER NEW LEADERSHIP
Franktown, CO, June 1, 2023 — Franktown’s The Sprucery Garden Center, is proud to announce that it has brought Greg Zabikow into the business as the new CEO, effective November of 2022. Zabikow has diverse business and leadership experience across several industries over the last 25 years. He holds a Finance undergraduate degree from Western Illinois University, along with an MBA from DePaul University. Zabikow is a successful business leader with strong financial roots, operational expertise, and extensive international experience.
Building on the foundation of The Sprucery, Zabikow is excited to bring change. This is with a new customer-centered focus to support the growing retail and wholesale needs in the area. This spring, Zabikow rounded out the leadership and operational team. The team has experts in marketing, sales, retail management, financial reporting, purchasing, and landscape design, to enhance the business.
THE GARDEN CENTER
With over 15 years of expertise serving the Parker, Castle Rock, and Franktown regions, The Sprucery boasts 12,000+trees (including a large evergreen selection) and the ability to design, install, and maintain landscaping. Hence, The Sprucery Garden Center has always been so much more than a full-service tree nursery.
Moreover, The Sprucery Garden Center has helped gardeners create their dream landscapes for more than 15 years. The Garden Center has 20+ acres to explore, a one of a kind 200-foot waterfall, immersive landscape displays, and a selection of plant material not found elsewhere.
With experts on landscape and native plant material, Zabikow has created a new dynamic team who can inspire, design, and create your dream landscape. From full-color digital design to installation, The Sprucery Scapes team can provide you with a full landscape renovation experience.
Simultaneously, Zabikow and the Sprucery Garden Center team have completely renovated the indoor retail space. It now offers house plants and retail items specifically for Gardeners. The Garden Center will also be hosting events and sharing the lush experience of the garden pad. These activities will showcase a destination space you’ll want to revisit.
