Old Garden Rose Rosa spp.

Blooming heavily from mid-May through June, and with the occasional blooms later according to variety, these roses come in all colors except for blue. These are the roses of your grandmother’s garden. These hardy, disease-resistant and low-maintenance plants make ideal candidates for Rocky Mountain gardens.  They can grow to be 3-9’ high.
