The Rocky Mountain Columbine blooms in mid-May to August in colors of lavender, yellow, red, and blueish-purple. They produce an abundance of long-spurred flowers. Columbine is the state flower of Colorado!  It produces many long-spurred flowers from mid-may through June and will often repeat blooms in August if the plants are deadheaded.

Do not plant it above 9,500 feet.  They can grow to be 24-48” high and 10-12” wide.
