Penstemon (Rocky Mountain) P. strictus

This perennial is a Colorado native with deep lavender-blue flowers in the months of June to August. They make a good cut flower and are very drought-tolerant.  Do not plant it above 11,000 feet.  They can grow to be 12-24” high and 12-18” wide.
