Marigold Tagetes spp.

Marigolds appeal to both beginning and experienced gardeners who like a riot of color. They bloom in early summer to frost and come in colors of orange, reddish orange, yellow, mahogany, and bicolors. With full round flowers and green foliage, they are the sunshine of the annual flower bed and end the season with a burst of vigor.  They can grow to be 6-36” high and 6-18” wide.
